Meet Tamara & Dana

Tamara and Dana are long-term educators who have worked with all types of learners. They both recognize that whole-being wellness is the most valuable thing in this life. Tamara and Dana want to empower others to nourish positive lifestyle habits.

What’s a wellness coach?

A wellness coach is a personal guide to mindful thinking and self-efficacy. Wellness coaches inspire and assist you to achieve a higher level of both physical and mental well-being, going beyond what you would do alone. 

Why do people have wellness coaches?

If you are done with quick fixes and are ready to invest in your own health, a wellness coach is for you. Your well-being is your most important asset and investing in your long-term health is your choice to be alive and not just exist.

Thank you so much TaDa Wellness for helping me to get my wellness journey back on track! Transitioning to working from home this past year took a toil on my health. As a wife, mother, and educator, I am cannot be thankful enough for having the support of Tada Wellness. I live a life where I put others first 24 hours a day. Dana has helped me adjust my mindset and prioritize my time to let me take moments for myself throughout my daily routine, with a constant reminder that it is OKAY to do that.
